This villa also has private kitchenette, living room and Master bedroom in first floor and 2 Bedroom in the second floor. The villa caters for a maximum of 8 adults; extra bed is available upon request with additional charge.

   All rates are quoted in USD with the following benefits:
   - Airport pick-up service upon arrival (for minimum 4 nights stay)

   All rates are subject to 10% government tax & service charge.
   
2. High & Peak Season Periods
   High season period: July 1 - 31,  September 1 -15, Chinese New Year & Easter Week.
   Peak season period: August 1 - 31 and December 20 - January 8.
   Minimum stay: LOW season: 2 nights; HIGH season: 3 nights; PEAK season: 5 nights.
